The insight you gain from our HTMA Test / Report / Consultation will surely be one of the most cost-effective and invaluable health screening tests you can invest in.  If however, for any reason, you decide after ordering your HTMA not to follow through with testing, you have 90 days to request a refund, subject to a $10 processing fee (and, if applicable, any direct costs incurred, such as shipping for example).  Cancellations on packages that include access to the Support Vault will incur an additional yet modest $20 fee in consideration of your continued access to our full Support Vault library of resources).  

Specifically for the Copper Package which includes access to multiple downloadable products, videos, etc which you will continue to have access to, your refund (requests valid up to 90 days post-order) will be limited to a maximum of $350 (and you will continue to have access to your downloaded products). 

Specifically for the Platinum Bundle which includes full access to the Mineral Mastery educational program as well as the 90 Day Copper Toxicity Survival Program, your refund (requests valid up to 90 days post-order), will be limited to a maximum of $750, and you can continue to enjoy full access to the Mineral Mastery course (as well as the CT Survival Program) for as long as you wish. 

Even after the 90 day refund deadline, your credit on file remains valid for up to 2 years, and the amount you have paid remains valid toward any future HTMA or product/service offered through Integrative Health Coaching.

Applicable to any service or package which includes HTMA and/or DNA lab testing, refunds are valid only if your sample/specimen has not yet been processed by the lab.  Once the lab receives your sample, refunds are no longer possible.
